2123 RESOLUTION NO. 2123 A RESOLUTION FIXING A DATE FOR A HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE, ABANDON AND CLOSE A PORTION OF "0" STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPPOSES JHEREAS, B. F. Vinson, Robert L. Baird and Lelia B. Baird, his wife, have filed with the Little Rock City Council a petition praying that the portion of "0" Street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, located between Lot 5, Block 29, Mountain Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Lot 231, Prospect Terrace No. 3, an addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as is more particularly described in said petition and the plats attached thereto, be vacated, abandoned and closed, and have alleged that they are the sole owners of the aforesaid real property abutting upon said portion of "0" Street; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1 . That the 26th day of November , 1956 at 8:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, is the date fixed for the hearing on this petition. Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, give notice of such hearing by publication, once a week for two consecutive weeks, in some newspaper published in the County and having a general circulation in the City, stating in said notice the name of the petitioners, a description of the portion of the street to be vacated and a description of the abutting real property and advising all persons that on the date named above, the Council will hear the petition and determine whether said portion of the said street shall be vacated .
