2105 RESOLUTION NO. 2105 A RESOLUTION FIXING THM DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE AND ABANDON WEST THIRTY-THIRD STREET, RUNNING EAST AND WEST, BETWEEN ThE EAST HALF (Ei) OF BLOCKS THIRTY-SIX (36) AND THIRTY-SEVEN (37), OF BRAD- DOCK'S BOULEVARD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ,ARKANSASF : WHEREAS, a petition was filed by Mrs. A. J. Diddle and Floyd Barry, with the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the th_ day of June, 1956, asking that the City Council vacate and abandon all that portion of West Thirty- third Street, running East and West, between the East Half (E2) of Block Thirty- six (36) and Thirty-seven (37), of Braddook's Boulevard Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, being more particularly described, as follows, to wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lott Seven (7), Block Thirty-six (36), of Braddook's Boulevard Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas; run thence East along the South line thereof 140 feet to the Southeast corner thereof; thence South to the Northeast corner of Lot Twelve (12), Block Thirty-seven (37) of said Addition; thence West along the North line of said lot 140 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; thence North to the point of beginning. NOW, 'THE2,EFORE, BE IT RESODJED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, That the 9th day of July , 1956, be fixed as the date for the hearing upon the petition to vacate and abandon the aforesaid street: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot Seven (7), Block Thirty-six (36), of Braddook's Boulevard Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas; run thence East along the South line thereof 110 feet to the Southeast corner thereof; thence South to the Northeast corner of Lot Twelve (12), Block Thirty-seven (37) of said Addition; thence West along the North line 6f said lot 110 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; thence North to the point of beginning; and the City Clerk is here- by directed to give notice of said meeting, by publication once a week for two con- secutive weeks in some newspaper published in Pulaski County, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. The notice shall state the names of the signers of said petition and the name or description of the street to be vacated and abandoned, and advise all persons that on said day therein named, the Council will hear and determine whether the street shall be vacated.
