2083 RESOLUTION NO. 2083
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO PURCHASE PARKING
METERS THAT WILL TAKE BOTH PENNIES AND NICKELS.
WHFREAS, the Board of Public Affairs is scheduled to advertise,
take bids and purchase parking meters on February 29, 1956. It is necessary
that the City Council of the City of Little Rock pass a resolution directing
and authorizing the Board of Public Affairs on behalf of the citizens of
Little Rock, Arkansas, to advertise, take bids and purchase both penny and
nickel operating parking meters.
NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby directed and authorized on behalf
of the citizens of Little Rock, Arkansas, to purchase both penny and
nickel operated parking meters.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption by the City Council and approval
by the Mayor.
