RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS FOR
CURB Sc GUTTER IT.IPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 608
WIEREAS, the Commissioners of Curb & Gutter Improvement
District No. 608 have made due report to the City Council that they
have qu^lified for office and have organized, have formed plans
for their improvement and have estimated the cost thereof to be
within the limit allowed by law, and have recommended the appoint-
ment of fir` ), G�4Y942, , John L. Lipsmeyer and Peyton
E. Rice, all duly qualified electors of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
assessors to assess the benefits in said district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That j-701-/1!",#, mQ' ,
John L. Lipsmeyer and Peyton E. nice be and they are hereby elected
assessors for Curb & Gutter Improvement District I•;o. 608 of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, and they are directed to take the oath of
office and to assess the benefits to be received by each and every
lot or other tract of land within the said district by reason of the
proposed improvement.
