RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT OF COMMISSIONERS
ON PLANS AND ESTIMATED COST OF IMPROVEMENNT OF
ANNEX NO. 2 TO STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 599.
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Street Improvement District No. 599
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, have made due report to the City
Council that they have formed plans for the improvements contemplated
in Annex No. 2 to said District, and have estimated the cost thereof to
be within the limit allowed by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That said report be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Commissioners and Assessors of said Street
Improvement District No. 599 are directed to assess the benefits to be
received by each and every lot or other tract of land within the
territory in said Annex No. 2 by reason of the proposed improvement.
