A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO
EXECUTE AN OPTION TO SELL THE BUILDING (ONLY) SITUATED
ON THE NE4 OF BLOCK 185, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ORCK FOR HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION
PURPOSES FOR THE SUM OF $13, 800.00.
WHEREAS, The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is the owner
of the building situated on the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Block one
Hundred Eighty—five (185), ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE OROCK, Arkansas,
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary in the construction of the
River Front Drive to demolish and remove such building, and
WHEREAS, The cost of replacing such building should be
paid from the Highway Construction fund, and
WHEREAS, The cost of constructio such building was
paid out of the general fund of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
NOW THEREFORE Ell IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LI TLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby authotized and requested to exact
execute an option to sell the building (only) situated on the
Northeast Quarter of Block 185, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas,
to the City of Little Rock for the Highway construction program for
the sum of $13,800.00 .
