A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CHARLES B. HAM
AS COMMISSIONER OF STREET IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 582 TO FILL VACANCY
WHEREAS, Joe DeSalvo, a duly appointed, qualified and acting
Commissioner of Street Improvement District No. 582, Little Rock,
Arkansas, on September 23, 1953, sold all property owned by him in
said District, since which date he has been ineligible to serve as
such Commissioner; a-id
WHEREAS, property owners in said Street Improvement District
No. 582, Little Rock, Arkansas, have requested the appointment of
Charles B. Ham, residing at 5821 "A" Street in Little Rock, Arkansas
and a property owner in said District, as successor to said Joe
eSalvo and to fill the vacancy due to the resignation of Joe
DeSalvo effective September 23, 1953.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, ghat Charles B. Ham be, and he is

ereby appointed as a Commissioner of and for Street Improvement

District No. 582, Little Rock, Arkansas, and said Charles B. Ham,
I' s hereby directed to take the oath of office as required by law
nd to enter upon his duties as such Commissioner.
