2019 RESOLUTION No. 2019
A RESOLUTION DISSOLVING SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 114 OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND DISCHARGING THE COMMIS -
SIONERS THEREIN.
WHEREAS, the Petition of the Board of Improvement
of Sewer Improvement District No. 114 reflects that all
bonds and debts of the District have been paid in full, the
last assessment having been extended in 1)51; and
WHEREAS, by Order of the Pulaski Chancery Court
all outstanding delinquent assessments have been cancelled,
and the affairs of the District have been wound up; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Little hock, Arkansas ghat Sewer Improvement District No.
114 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby dissolved;
and having performed and concluded their duties , the Com-
missioners of said District are hereby released and discharge'' .
