2017 R E S O L U T I O N No. 2017
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS ,SPECIFICATIONS AND
ESTIMATE OF COST IN SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 127. ELECTING
ASSESSORS THEREIN; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, held on the 0 day of
September, 1954, there was presented to said Council by
the Board of Improvement of Sewer Improvement District
No. 127 their report, tojether with the plans, specifica-
tions and _;stimate of cost of the work to be done.
OW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, That said report,
plans, specifications and estimate of cost are approved and
adopted and Jasper Tolbert , Kelley Walker and
A. J. Phillips are appointed assessors for said
District.
