2016 RESOLUTION NO. 2016 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY'S OkFICE TO IMMEDIATELY TAKE ANY AND ALL NECESSARY STEPS TO EN- FORCE ZONING REGULATIONS ON THE USE OF LOTS 10, 11, AND 12, BLOCK 2, INTERCITY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND TO GET ALL JUNK CLEARED Ono THERE- FROM. WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock did obtain judgment in the Supreme Court of Arkansas against Saul Goodman, Don Gordon, and Sam Barg, doing business as Goodman & Barg, declaring that they could not rezone Lots 10, 11, and 12, INTERCITY ADDITION to the City of Little Rock; and WHEREAS, the object of such rezoning was for the purpose of Goodman & Barg using said Lots for the stacking of junk thereon; and WHEREAS, almost a year has expired, and said Goodman & Barg are still stacking junk thereon and have not paid the court cost of this action to the City of Little Rock; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the City Attorney be instructed to take immediate steps to enforce zoning regulations on Lots 10, 11, and 12, INTERCITY ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, which has been zoned as residential lots and to get all junk cleared off therefrom. SECTION 2. That the City Attorney is herewith ordered and directed to take any and all necessary steps for the collection of the judgment for court cost which the City of Little Rock obtained in the Supreme Court of Arkansas against said Goodman & Barg. SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval. ADOPTED: September 13, 1951+ ATTEST APPROVED: City Clerk Acting Mayor
