RESOLUTION NO. 2007
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING WILLIAM C . FINCH AS COMMISSIONER
OF STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 582 TO FILL VACANCY
WHEREAS, Carl K. Bell, Jr. , a duly appointed, quali-
fied and acting Commissioner of Street Improvement District No
582, Little Rock, Arkansas, on June 1, 1954, ceased to be a res-
ident of the State of Arkansas, since which date he has been in-
eligible to serve as such Commissioner; and
WHEREAS, property owners in said Street Improvement
District No. 582, Little Rock, Arkansas, have requested the ap-
pointment of William C. Finch, a resident of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and a property owner in said district, as successor to said Carl
K. Bell, Jr. , and to fill the vacancy due to the resignation of
Carl K. Bell, Jr. , effective June 1, 1954.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, that William C. Finch be, and
he is hereby, appointed as a Commissioner of and for Street Im-
provement District No. 582, Little Rock, Arkansas, and said Willi:
C. Finch is hereby directed to take the oath of office as required
by law and to enter upon his duties as such Commissioner.
