2006 RESOLUTION NO. 2006
A RESOLUTION FILLING VACANCIES ON THE BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS OF SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO . 124 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK .
WHEREAS, Gordon Adkins, heretofore appointed and duly
qualified as a Commissioner of Sewer Improvement District No . 124
of the City of Little Rock, has disposed of his property and has
thus become ineligible to serve as such Commissioner; and
WHEREAS, John Bailey, by oversight, failed to file his
oath of office within the time required by law to qualify him as
a Commissioner of the District ; and
WHEREAS, 0 . J . Starr and John Bailey are owners of property
within the District and are otherwise qualified to serve as such
Commissioners ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. 0 . J . Starr and John Bailey are hereby appointed
Commissioners of Sewer Improvement District No . 124 of the City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its adoption and approval.
