RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONER IN STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT YO. 576
WHEREAS, Lloyd E. Gibson, one of the commissioners of
Street Improvement District No. 576 is moving from the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and is no longer a property holder in the
District and hence is not qualified by law to act as Commissioner
of said District; and
WHEREAS, Lloyd E. Gibson has tendered his resignation to
the City Council and said resignation should be accepted ; and
:IiEREAS, Mr. Gibson in his resignation and the remaining
Commissioners of said district by report to this Council have
recommended that Joe G. Waggoner be appointed as successor to
Mr. Gibson on the Board of Improvement and have further represented
that said Mr. daggoner is a property holder in said District aad
is qualified by law for the position of Commissioner.
NObu, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
That Joe G. Waggoner be and he is hereby appointed
Commissioner of Street Improvement District ITo. 576 of Little Rock,
Arkansas , and he is hereby instructed to forthwith take the oath
of office and enter upon his duties with the other Commissioners of
said district.
