2000 RESOLUTION NO. 2000
RESOLUTION FLFCTING ASSESSORS FOR
CURB AND GUTTER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 600
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Curb and Gutter Improvement
District No. 600 have made due report to the City Council that they
have qualified for office and have organized, have formed plans for
their improvement and have estimated the cost thereof to be within
the limit allowed by law, and have recommended the appointment of
Henry Garner, C. A. Whitlow, and Porter Walls, all duly qualified
electors of Little Rock, Aransas, as assessors to assess the benefits
in said district;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That Henry Garner, C. A. Whitlow,
and Porter Walls, be and they are duly elected assessors for Curb and Gutter
Improvement District No. 600 of the City of Little Rock, and they are
directed to take the oath of office and to assess the benefits to be
received by each and every lot or other tract of land within the said
district by reason of the proposed improvement.
