1996 RESOLUTION NO. 1996 A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION CALL A SPECIAL ZONING MEETING AS SOON AS IS LEGALLY POSSIBLE TO HEAR A ZONING PETITION RELATIVE TO THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF WOODLAWN AND BEECH STREETS. WHEREAS, an emergency has arisen with regards to the zoning of property located at the southwest corner of Woodlawn and Beech Streets, and WHEREAS, the next regularly scheduldd meeting of the City Planning Commission to consider re-zoning petitions will be held late in May, and WHEREAS, the owners of the above property feel their problem should be given consideration prior to this next regularly scheduled meeting. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the City Planning Commission is hereby requested to schedule a special meeting as soon as is legally possible to consider a zoning petition relative to the property located at Woodlawn and Beech Streets.
