1991 RESOLUTION NO, 1991
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING FRED O. WEED, JR., AS COMMISSIONER
OF STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 590 TO FILL VACANCY
WHEREAS, A. L. Goss, Jr. , a duly appointed, qualified and acting
Commissioner of Street Improvement District No. 590, Little Rock,
Arkansas, is moving from the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and has
submitted his resignation as such Commissioner effective January 11,
1954; and
WHEREAS, property owners in said Street Improvement District No. 590,
Little Rock, Arkansas, have requested the appointment of Fred O. Weed, Jr. ,
a property owner in said district, as successor to said A. L. Goss, Jr., and
to fill the vacancy due to the resignation of the latter.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Fred O. Weed, Jr. , be and
he is hereby appointed as a Commissioner of and for Street Improvement
District No. 590, Little Rock, Arkansas, and said Fred O. Weed, Jr. , is
hereby directed to take the oath of office as required by law and to enter upon
his duties as such Commissioner.
