1907 RESOLUTION NO. 1907
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT OF COMMISSIONERS OF STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 590; ELECTING ASSESSORS THEREIN, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, held on the 25th day of June, 1951,
there was presented to said Council by the Board of Improvement
of Street Improvement District No. 590 their report, together
with the plans and estimate of cost of the work to be done and
a request for appointment of assessors for the purpose of making
the assessment of benefits; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, that said report, plans and estimate of cost are
approved and adopted and Tom Morgan, E. A. McCaskill and Cecil
Harder are appointed assessors for said District.
