RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF MARVIN
BUTLER AS yA COMMISSION HR OF SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 124 OF LITTLE ROCK AND APPOINTING
HIS SUCCESSOR
WHEREAS, Marvin Butler, heretofore appointed a
Commissioner of Sewer Improvement District No. 124 of
Little Rock has tendered his resignation as such Com-
missioner with a statement that he no longer owns pro-
perty within the District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The resignation of Marvin Butler
as Commissioner of sewer Improvement District No. 124
of Little Rock, Arkansas, be and it is hereby F:ccepted.
Section 2. John Bailey is hereby appointed a
Commissioner of Sewer improvement District No. 124 of
Little Rock.
