1905 RESOLUTION NO. 1905
A RESOLUTION NAMING AN ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO SERVE ON
UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS SURVEY AS AUTHORIZED BY ORDINANCE NO. 8657;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, The City Council on the 28th day of march 1951,
approved an ordinance availing itself of the services of a team from
the University of Arkansas for the purpose of evaluating clerical and
other positions in the city government, and
WHEREAS, The University of Arkansas has indicated there
should be a Committe available for such assistance and benefit as the
representatives for the University might require .
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby sets up as a
Committee the following persons :
1 . Arthur M. Corley, Alderman-Chairman
2. Lee H. Evans , Alderman
3. S. Richard Sims , Alderman
4. Arthur M. Spatz , Alderman
5. Aubrey Kerr, Alderman
6. John Rudisill , Arkansas Public Expenditures Council

8. Russell Brown
9. C. R . Ledbetter, Chairman Civil Service Commission
10. H. C. Graham, Finance Officer
