A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION No. 1894 BY
INCREASING THE AMOUNT STATED IN PARAGRAPH
NUMBERED ONE THEREOF AS THE MAXIMUM OBLIGATION
OF THE UNITED STATES IN FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE CONTROL TOWER AT THE AIRPORT FROM $13,000
TO $16,000; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 1894, passed September
25, 1950, which authorized the execution of a Grant Agree-
ment with the Federal Government to secure funds for the
construction of the control tower at the Municipal Airport,
be and the same is hereby amended by increasing the amount
specified as the maximum obligation of the United States
in paragraph numbered one of the grant agreement embodied
it said resolution from the sum of $13,000 to $16,000.
SECTION 2. All resolutions and/or parts of resolutions
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this resolution
shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption
and approval.
