1890 RESOLUTION =IBM 1890 A RESOIAJTION AUTHHORILING THE .444.YOR i ND CITY =RK TO OFF:di TIE ENTIRE STORAGE AREA OF THE LITTLE ROCK PJAJNICIPAL AIRPORT HANGAR TO ONE OPERA* TOR, STABLIZ-IING A RATE TadiEFOR AND WV— OF REiQTAL .F,I\TD FOR OTHM PURPOSES. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION I. The :Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to rent the entire storage area of the municipal hangar to one operator. SECTION II. The minimum amount of rental therefor shall not be less than three hundred dollars ($300.00) per month, payable monthly in advance on the first of each calendar month, during the term of rental. ECTION III. The term for rental shall be for a period of twelve (12) months. SECTION IV. The rental agreement shall require that the Tenant perform the following and meet the herein prescribed requirements. a. Keep in full force and effect, liability and property damage, covering all planes actually in storage. b. Rents and fees for storage shall be controlled by the City of Little Rock, as it has been in the past and any change thereof shall have the approval of the City Council. c. Citizens of Little Rock shall have first priority for storage privileges, d. The area of the Municipal Airport Hangar shall be used exclu- sively for the storage of planes, and no other operations shall be allowed thereon or therein. e. Shall have an average of at least four (4) hangar attendants on duty during all daylight hours, including Sundays and Holidays, and have at least one employee subject to call during hours of darkness for emergency. f. To place planes in the hangar, or remove planes from the hangar at the will and pleasure of the owner and/or owners without discrimination. g. All operations conducted in an efficient and business like manner. h. :Maintain adequate fire protection and keep the floors free from rubbish and combustible material. Assume oust of all utilities, i.e. telephone, gas, lights and water. j. Tenant must be a citizen of Little Rock, furnish evidence of financial responsibility and good moral character and have had at least five (5) years experience in base operations from Class IV Airport, or better. k. Performance Bond in amount of one years rental must be deposited with the City Clerk. SECTION V.
