RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED ESTIMATE
OF COST OF IhPROVEMENPS IN STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 582 .
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Street Improvement District
No . 582 have made due report to the City Council that they have
formed plans for their improvement and have estimated the cost
' thereof to be y12 ,000; and
WHEREAS, due to the international situation and the rising
cost of labor and materials it is impossible to construct the
improvement under that estimate of cost ; and
WHEREAS, said Commiss' oners have made a proper amended
report showing the use of the same Mans for the improvement and
have amended the estimate of cost of said improvement to be within
the limit allowed by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said amended estimate
cf cot be and th.e same is i ereby accepted and approved by the
C ity Council.
