A RESOLUTION RE-ELECTING VERNON D. RAGSD ■LE AS COMMISSIONER FOR
CURB AND GUTTER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 5714.; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
WHEREAS , Vernon D. Ragsdale was appointed a
Commissioner of Curb and `utter Improvement District
No. 574 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on
March 27, 1950 , by this Council , and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence said Vernon D.
Ragsdale did not file his oath of office with the City
Clerk within the required statutory time of ten days;
now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED that Vernon D . Ragsdale be and
he is hereby re-elected a Commissioner for Curb and
Gutter Improvement District No . 574, and he is hereby
directed to take the oath of office as required by
law and to enter into his duties as Commissioner.
