1870 R E S G L U T I O N No. 1870
A RESOLUTION RE-ELECTING VERN0N t:: RAc+6OALb AS COTT TISSIONER FOR STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 573; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Vernon D . Ragsdale was appointed a
Commissioner of Street Improvement District No. 573
of the City of Little hock , Arkansas , on March 27, 1950,
by this Council , and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence said Vernon D.
Ragsdale did not file his oath of office with the City
Clerk within the required statutory time of ten days;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that Vernon D . Ragsdale be and
he is hereby re-elected a Commissioner for Street Improve-
ment District No. 573, and he is hereby directed to take
the oath of office as required by law and to enter into
his duties as Commissioner .
