AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM
VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF
CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A
VARIANCE TO ALLOW A REDUCED BUILDING LINE
FOR THE BRYANT ADDITION SUBDIVISION
PRELIMINARY PLAT (S- 1453), LOCATED AT
3601 ROCKY LANE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Bryant Addition
Preliminary Plat (S -1453) as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31 -256 to allow a reduced building line; Lot 3 Bryant Addition Preliminary Plat
to run only with the life of the existing barn structure; thereupon, the required 25 -foot
building setback will be imposed on any new structure.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
