FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NORTHWEST.'-SOUTHEAST: RUNWAY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKA • SAS :
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and en-
gage the erployment of an engineer to prepare the plans and
specifications for the construction of the Northwest -Southeast
Runway at the Little Fock i:iunicipal Airport.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and/or parts of ordinances or
resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and tills
resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
