A RESOLUTION ELECTING VERNON D. RAGSDALE AS A COMRISSIONER IN
CURB AND GUTTER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 574, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES. '.fri ttEAS, Lewis 2 . '.organ, one of the duly appointed
commissioners of Curb Gutter Improvement District No. 574
of Little Rock, Arkansas, has moved from the district and
has tendered his resignation as a commissioner in said
district; and
u"1HCREAS , the Board of IN:iprovement of said district
has recommended the appointment of Vernon D. Ragsdale as
his successor;
NO�4, THER` FORE , BE IT h OLVII]D, that Vernon D.
Ragsdale be and he is hereby elected a commissioner for
Curb & Gutter improvement District yo. 574 of Little Rock,
arkansas, and ereby directed to take the oath of
office as required by law, and to enter into his duties
as commissioner.
