1865 R E S O L U T I O N N O. 1865
A RESOLUTION ELECTING VERNON D. RAGSDALE AS A CO?VLVISSIONER IN
STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 573; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Lewis F . r,'organ, one of the duly appointed
commissioners of Street Improvement Did✓ rict r?c . 573 of
Little Rock, Arkansas, has moved from the district and
has tendered his resipnat...on as a commissioner in said
district; and
WHEFEAS , the Board of Improvement of said district
has recommended the appointment of Vernon D. Ragsdale as
his successor;
NO J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Vernon D.
Ragsdale be and he is hereby elected a commissioner for
Street Tmpro-:ement Dis trict No. 573 of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and he is hereby directed to take the oath of
office as required by law, and to enter into his duties
as commissioner.
