A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING TEE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT AMENDING
THE EXISTING L +;ASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF LIT`' E ROCK
AND AMERICAN AIRLINES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and airected to execute a lease agreement anenaing the exist-
ing lease between the City of Little Rock and American Airlines ,
Inc. requiring the American Airlines to purchase electricity
from the public utility, and lir: .ting exclusive foot consessions
to the Administration Building only.
SECTION 2. All resolutions and/or parts of resolutions
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed , and this resolution
shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption
and approval.
