RESOLUTION NO. 1849
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS
AND APPOINTING ASESSORS IN
SEWER IMPROVEJIENT DISTRICT
NO. _125 , OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Fewer Improvement District
No. 125 of Little Rock, Arkansas have filed the plans and
have reported the estimate of costs of constructing the improve-
ments contemplated in said local improvement district to be
• (Z( , to be assessed and charged upon the real
property of the District according to the benefits received,
and it appearing that said glans are as prayed for in the petition
and that said estimate of cost to be charged against the real
property in the district is less than sixty (60%) per cent of
the value of all the real property in the District
as shown by the last County assessment;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the making of the assess-
, ment for said improvement be undertaken, and M. V . Fields ,
G. L . Alexander , and W . E .
are hereby appointed assessors to assess the benefits to be
realized by each lot or block or other subdivision of land
in said District.
