1841 RESOLUTION NO. 1 -1 .
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE
CAPITAL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY FOR THE PAVING OF
CERTAIN STREETS OR PORTIONS THEREOF AS PROVIDED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 800' OF THE: ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK-
ANSAS :
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Little Rock are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract for the paving of certain streets as enumerated in Or-
dinance No. 8010 of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
upon such terms and conditions as they shall deem just and proper.
SECTION 2. The cost of such construction and repair
of said streets , pursuant to the terms of said contract, shall be
approximately the sum of $41,535.65.
