The City of Little Rock and Pulaski County have acreed to pay
jointly the expenditure involved in the extension of East
Roosevelt Road,

BE' IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. That upon receipt of competitive bids
for same , the Nayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a. contract with the lowest responsible
bidder to construct an extension of East Roosevelt Road, in
cooperation with Pulaski County, Arkansas .
SECTIC'N 2. The arount of the contract authorized
in Section 1 hereof shall not exceed the sum of 06,000.00.
SECTION 3. All resolutions and parts of resolutions
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed , and this resolution
shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption
and approval.
