A RESOLUTION FOR THE WITHDRAWAL OF THE ASSESS-
MENT OF BENEFITS IN SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 124
FILED ON DECE?"BER 30, 1948; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
WHEREAS, it appears by petition of the Commis-
sioners of Sewer Improvement District No. l24 of the City
of Little Rock, ArkAnsas, that the assessment of benefits
heretofore filed with the City Clerk of the City of Little
Rock, on the 30th day of December, 1948 is based upon an
erroneous method of computing the benefits to be derived
from the improvement as proposed in the petition for the
formation of the said District;
IT IS, THEREFORE, RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. The assessment of benefits in Sever
Improvement District No. 124 of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, be and it is hereby ordered withdrawn by the Com-
missioners of the District.
