A PESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATIONS OF
G. L. ALEXANDER AND OSCAR McCASKILL AS ASSESSORS OF
SEWER IMPROVEMµNT DISTRICT NO. 124; APPOINTING L. D.
CAPELL AND BENJAMIN E. ROSENBERG AS SUCCESSORS THEREIN;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The resignation of G. L. Alex?nder
end ()seer McCe.skill as assessors of Sewer Improvement
District No. 124 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
be and it is hereby accented.
SECTION 2. L. D. Cepell and Benjamin E.
Rosenberg are hereby appointed in their places as assessors
in Sewer Improvement District No. 124 of the City of
Little Rock to assess the benefits to be realized by
each lot or block or other sub—division of land in said
District.
