A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE NAME OF THE FAIR PARK
SWITTINC POOL TO CURRAN CONWAY MITPTICIPAL SWIMMING
POOL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
a HEREAS,
J. Curran Conway has for many years devoted a great portion of
his time ana effort in the supervision of the Fair Park Swimming
Pool, ^nd
HEREAS ,
Due to his enthusiasm and untiring efforts the Fair Park Swimming
Fool has developed into a most modern and effeciently operated
swimming pool, and
WHEREAS,
The citizens of the City of Little Rock are greatly indebted to
J. Curran Conway for the commendable services that he has per-
formed ,
NOW TI rREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK-
ANSAS :
SECTION 1. That the name of the Fair Park Swimming
Pool is hereby changed to Curran Conway Municipal Swimming Pool.
SECTION. 2. All resolutions in conflict herewith ar'
hereby repealed, and this resolution shall be in full force and
ef_ ect from and after its passage and approval.
