1816 RESOLUTION NO. 1016 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTI''G THE 2AYOR AND CIT`.� CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUIT-CLAIM DEED TO WILLIAM EDWARD JAMES AND UNA MAY DOBBS JAMES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES . WHEREAS, On the 7th day of October, 1948, William Edward James and Una May Dobbs James, his wife, conveyed to the City of Little Rock an ease- ment for street purposes across the North Side of Lot Twenty (20) Block Two (2) , Oak Forest Addition to the City of Little Rock, and ,,HEREAS, It was the intention of the grantors to convey and the grantee to receive an easement across Lot Twenty-Two (22) , in said Block Two (2) , instead of across Lot Twenty (20) in said block, and that the errcr in the description was the result of a mutual mistake of both parties to said deed , which appears of record in Record Book 387, at page 272, of the deed records of Pulaski County, Arkansas , and WHEREAS, It is desired by the parties to said deed that the error thus made be corrected, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK: SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Little Rock are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed conveying the following described property to William Edward James and Una May Dobbs James , his wife , for the purposes therein con- tained : 'A strip of land Ten Feet (10 ' ) wide along tree North side of Lot Twenty (20) , Block Two (2) , Oak Forest Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas . SECTION 2. All resolutions and / or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed . PASSED: November 8, 1948 ATTEST : ko,e APPROVED: City Clerk Mayor
