1777 RESOLUTION NO. 1777
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH ALBERT W. D. OVERTON,
JR. FOR A SPACE IN THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING OF THE
LITTLE ROCK YUNICIPAL AIRPORT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFLITTLE ROCK, ARKAN-
SAS :
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Little
Rock are hereby authorized to enter into a lease agreement with
Albert W. D. Overton, Jr. for a room 81 x 121 adjacent to the south-
west corner of the lobby of the administration building of the
Little Rock Municipal Airport. In addition to the 81 x 12' room
adjacent to said lobby, said lease shall also cover a space 51 x
121 in said lobby, adjacent to and immediately in front of the
above described room.
SECTION 2. Said lease shall be upon the terms ana conditions
of the lease submitted by Albert W. D. Overton, Jr. and now on file
in the City Clerk 's Office or upon such other conditions as the
Mayor and City Clerk may deem to be just and proper in order to
protect the interest of the City of Little Rock in such case.
