1752 RESOLUTION NO. 1752 A RESOLUTION FIXING THE DATE F CR PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION To VACATE AND ABANDON THAT PORTION OF THE A ILEY BETWEEN STEMPEL S ADDITION AND REUTLINGER' S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTTF ROCK ,ARKANSAS, WHICH EXTENDS FROM TIE NORTH BOUNDARY OF LOT ONE TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF LOT THREE IN STEMPEL'S ADDITION; PROVIDING FUR THE PUBLICATION OF THE NuTICES TIEREOF; AND FOR OTHER PURP O S. WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed by Hugh E. Blevins and Mary B. Blevins, his wife , B. N. house and Sarah House, his wife, and William Marak and Emily P. Marak, his wife, with the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas on the 2d day of June, 1947 , asking that the City Council vacate and abandon all that portion of the alley lying between Stempel' s Addition and Reutlinger's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, extending from the North boundary of Lot One ( 1) to the South boundary of Lot Three (3) in Stempel' s Addition, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, that the 16thday of June , 1947, be fixed as the date for the hearing upon the petition to vacate and abandon the aforesaid portion of said alley lying between Stempel's Addition and Reutlinger's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and extending from the North boundary of Lot One ( 1) to the South boundary of Lot Three (3) in Stempel ' s Addition, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of said meeting by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in some newspaper published in Pulaski County and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas .
