1749 RESOLUTION NO. 1749
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO
PROCEED WITH THE PAVING PROJECT ADJACENT TO
MAO-ARTHUR PARK IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER 1URPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. Upon receipt of the necessary funds by the
City Collector from the interested property owners, the City
Engineer is hereby directed to proceed with the work on the
paving project east of Fran Street and adjacent to McArthur
and all other such projects on which property owners contribution has
Park/in the City of Little dock. The City of Little 'Rock shall a'
furnish all of the labor and equipment necessary for the
completion of this paving, but the materials and supplies CD

shall be paid for by tree property owners as herein set forth.

SECTION 2. The property owners have agreed to pay
the cost of the materials for the project. The City Collector

of the City of Little Rock is hereby authorized to receive
payment from the property owners in thedistrict for the cost
of the materials in one installment. The City Collector shall
place this money in a separate fund, keep 'a complete and
accurate record of same, and disburse such sums for the mater-
ials upon this project pursuant to the direction of the Oity'
Engineer.
