DISTRICT IN THE AMOUNT OF $200.16 TO BE UaED IN REPAIRING STREETS

DISCHARGING THE COM,IISSIONERS THEREOF; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS the surviving commissioners of Street Improvement District
#314 have presented a petition to the Mayor and City Council of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, stating that the bonds issued by the District
have been paid and the lien secured by the mortgage issued by the District
securing the bonds has been satisfied by the trustee and that the District
has in its hands the sum of $200.16; that this sum represents a part of
a 22% refund of the assessment for 1932 to the property holders which the
District has been unable to deliver although it has made deligent search for
the property holders and has been unable to obtain their addresses or to
locate them and
WHEREAS the commissioners are desirous of winding up the affairs of
the District and being released from further service to the District;
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
that the commissioners of Street Improvement District #314 of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas be discharged as commissioners of said District and
the petition asking for their discharge and stating the present condition
of the District is accepted as their final report and a check for $200.16
payable to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, tendered with the petition
is hereby accepted and it is agreed by the council that the said sum will
be spent by proper authority for the benefit of the District.
