1740 RESOLUTION No. 1740
A RESOLUTION PLEDGING THE CITY'S PRO RATA SHARE OF THE COST OF PLANNING AND
SURVEYING IN THE DEVELOP -NT OF HIGHWAYS THROUGH THE CITY; FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES. '
WHEREAS , the Cities of Little Rock and North Little Rock
and also Pulaski County, are interested in the development
of urban highways through said cities and county, and
WHEREAS , it is necessary that a survey and plans be dev-
eloped as a primary necessity, and
WHEREAS , the cost of said planning will be approximately
44.0,000.00, seventy-five per cent of which will be absorbed
by the State and Federal Governments and the balance of twenty-
five per cent will be pro rated between the Cities of Little
Rock and North Little Rock and Pulaski County on a basis to
be agreed to between the Cities of Little Rock, North Little
Rock and Pulaski County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED, that the City of Little
Hock hereby appropriates out of any monies in the General
Fund, to be necessary to pay Little Rock' s pro rata part of
the cost of said survey and Aallatiktatlx
