A RESOLUTION DECLARING A VACANCY ON THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONER.S OF STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 515 AND APPOINTING JAMES F. HEWITT AS COMNIBSIONER
THEREIN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
That, whereas, Norman Mallory, at this time a
Commissioner of Street Improvement District No. 515, is
no longer a resident of said District r_ a>>1 , g^ n+u, ana
Whereas, it is necessary that a nevi commissioner
be appointed,
NO1A, THEREFORE, the Council doth declare that there is
a vacancy on said Board of Commissioners and doth hereby
appoint James F. Hewitt as Commissioner of said District.
