A RESOLUTION DECLARING A VACANCY ON THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 116 AND APPOINTING JAMES F. HEih'ITT AS COMMISSIONER
THEREIN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
That, ro,hereas, Borman Mallory, at this time a
Commissioner of Sewer Improvement District No. 116, is
no longer a resident of said District " r _ `' cm y, and
hereas, it is necessary that a ne7i Commissioner be
appointed,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council loth declare that there
is a vacancy on said Board of Commissioners and loth hereby
appoint James F.Hewitt as Commissioner of said District.
