1673 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1673.
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DR. THURMAN SMITH AS COMMISSIONER IN
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 116; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
That, whereas, Henry smith, at this time a commissioner
of Sewer Improvement District No. 116, is no longer a resident
of said district, and his work is such that he is prevented
from attending to the affairs of the District; and
4ahereas, it is necessary that a new commissioner be
appointed,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council doth declare that there is
a vacancy on said Board of Commissioners and doth hereby
appoint Dr. ThArman Smith as commissioner of said District.
