1660 RESOLUTION NO. 1660
A RESOLUTION REVOKING LICENSE ISSUED FOR RIDES AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF SECOND AND CUMBERLAND STREETS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. That the license issued on or about May ,
1944 to Max Goodman for rides to be conducted on the property at the
southeast corner of Second and Cumberland Streets is unauthorized
by City Ordinance, and is hereby revoked.
SECTION 2. The City Collector shall refund to the said Max
Goodman the unearned portion of the license fee collected for the
license described in Section 1 of this Resolution.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately
upon its passage.
