LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
That , whereas , 'wl. F. Hall , at this time a commissioner
of Street Improvement District No. 515 , is no longer a
resident of said district or Pulaski County , and
whereas , it is necessary that a new commissioner be
appointed ,
NO,1, TIu,REFOPE, the Council doth declare that there is
a vacancy on said Board of Commissioners and doth hereby
appoint Norman I. allory as Corsmissioner of said district.
