A RESOLUTION ELECTING N OR:.�N MALLORY AS COMMISSIONER IN
SEWER IMPROVEit9ENT DISTRICT NO. 116; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
That whereas , ',1. F. Hall , at this time a com-
missioner of Sewer Improvement District No. 116 , is
no longer a resident of said district or Pulaski
County , and
Yhereas , it is necessary that a new commis-
sioner be appointed ,
N0,i, THEREFORE , the Council doth declare that
there is a vacancy on said Doard of Oonmissioners and
doth hereby appoint Lorman Mallory as Uommissioner of
said district.
