EXECUTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY GRANT , AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEPEAS, OVthis day comes the War hlergency Pipelines, Inc. ,
a corporation of the tate of Delaware, acting for and on behalf of
the Defense Plant Corporation, a corporation controlled by the
United States of Aflerica4 and created oursuant to .;ectim 5 (d ) of
the econstruction Finince corporation Act, as amended, and presents
to the City Council its petition and prays the right , permission '.nd
authority to 'ay, operate , renew, alter, in:3116ot and maintain a
pipeline for the transportation of oil, gas, petroleum products or
any other material or substance which oan be tronslorted through a
pipeline, or any one or mote of said substances, across, under, over
and filing certain streets, alleys and thoroughfares in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, Isiouinuts=====aamtomorsit as follows;
hest 12th Strbet; Lawson Avenue ; Last 10th Street; Clarkson
Street; Picron 4,7fenue; '. 1st 6th Street ; Kirepel -venue;
Selma Avenue; Saint 5th Street; Cornish ,Avenue ; Fletcher
Street; 4ast 4th Street; Beichardt Street ; sender street;
Parker 3troet; Bond :Arcot; Shall Street; Cherry street or
East 2nd utreet ; Martin otreet; McLain treet and three other
streets located in the same vicinity shown on said map, the
exact or official nsnes of which are not specified on the map
submitted or on any other map of the city in so far as we
are able to ascertain;

of inspeeting, consructino, repairing, renewing and changing the

likewise the right , permission and authority to lay, operate, renew,
alter, inspect and ataintain a second pipeline for like transportation,
adjacent to and parallel with the first oipeline; and also the full
right, permission and authority of ingress and egress to and from
said pipeline or pipelines for the purpose of inspecting, constructing,
repairing, renewing and changing the size of said pipeline or pipelines,
together with full right, permission and Unthority for removal of same
at will, n whole or in part. ,
BE IT FURTHR RESOLVZ, That the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby ordered and directed to make, execute, acknowledge
and deliver to the said Defense Plant Corporation a formal Right Of
Way Grant , granting, selling and conveying to it the authority to
cross said lets herein descVibed upon payment of the co -pensation
above specified .
