A RESOLUTION TO FIX A TINE FOR THE CITY COUTCIL TO DETER-
MINE THE QUALIFICATIONS OF 7. H. ::IL.LIA S TO
CONTINUE TO SERVE AS A MEMBER OF THE WATERWORI
COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, under the law it is necessary that a
Water Commissioner be a qualified elector of the City of
Little dock; and
WHEREAS, the question has been raised that W.H.
Williams is not a qualified elector of the city of Little
pock; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been requested
to have a hearing to determine the facts as to W. H. Wil-
liams ' eligibility; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COU:OIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
