A RESOLUTION APPOINTING W. R. JAMES AS COMMIS` DNEvIN STREET
IIViPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 515.
WHEREAS, J. W. Allen, a Commissioner of Street
Improvement District No. 515 has sold his property
and removed from the District and desires to be re-
leased from his duties as commissioner, and
WHEREAS, the remaining commissioners have rec-
ommended the appointment of Mr. W. R. dames, a resi-
dent and property owner in the district,
Therefore, the City Council Both hereby appoint
R. James as a member of the Board of Improvement
of Street Improvement District No. 515.
